Let’s get to know our new Affiliate Account Manager through a brief Q&A session.
Can you tell us about your background?
“I have a strong background in business development, having worked as a Business Development Manager for four years. In that role, I was responsible for building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating deals that drove revenue. This experience has given me a deep understanding of relationship management, market expansion, and performance-driven strategies.”
What drew you to the iGaming industry?
“I was drawn to the iGaming industry because of its fast-paced and dynamic nature. I enjoy working in an environment where strategy, partnerships, and performance come together to drive growth. The industry’s continuous innovation and competitive landscape make it an exciting space to be in. Now, as an Affiliate Account Manager, I use my business development experience to build strong relationships with affiliates, optimize campaign performance, and identify new growth opportunities. My proactive approach helps drive results, ensuring success for both the company and our partners.”
What aspects of affiliate marketing in iGaming do you find most exciting?
“What I love most about affiliate marketing in iGaming is how fast-paced and ever-changing it is. There’s always something new to learn—whether it’s a fresh strategy, a new market, or a shift in player behavior. It keeps things exciting and never boring! I also enjoy the mix of data and relationships. It’s all about finding the right balance between numbers and people—analyzing performance, optimizing deals, and working closely with affiliates to make sure everyone wins. Seeing those efforts turn into real growth is what makes it so rewarding.”
How do you plan to leverage your skills to drive growth for our affiliates and the company?
“I plan to leverage my experience by taking a hands-on approach with affiliates—understanding their needs, providing strategic guidance, and helping them optimize their traffic for better results. Building strong relationships is key, and I aim to be a reliable partner who supports their growth while aligning with the company’s goals. I also believe in the power of testing and adapting. The iGaming industry moves fast, so I’ll focus on analyzing performance data, spotting new opportunities, and staying ahead of trends to ensure both our affiliates and the company continue to grow.”
What trends or innovations in the iGaming affiliate space are you most interested in?
“I’m really interested in how AI and automation are shaping the iGaming affiliate space. From smarter tracking tools to personalized player experiences, technology is making it easier to optimize campaigns and improve conversions. It’s exciting to see how data-driven insights can help both affiliates and operators make better decisions. Another trend that stands out is the rise of emerging markets. As regulations evolve and new regions open up, there’s a huge opportunity to tap into fresh audiences. I’m always curious about how affiliates can adapt their strategies to stay ahead in these growing markets.”
Outside of work, what hobbies or interests do you enjoy?
“Outside of work, I’m passionate about fashion, traveling, and functional training workouts. Fashion is one of my biggest passions. I love keeping up with the latest trends, preparing outfits, and exploring different styles. Fashion is a way to express myself creatively, and I enjoy how it allows me to experiment with new looks while staying true to my personal aesthetic. Traveling is another big part of my life; exploring new places and cultures always inspires me. And to stay balanced, I make time for functional training workouts. It’s my go-to way to stay active and challenge myself physically, while also boosting my mental clarity and energy levels.”
